Dr. Kent A. Kreuder

Dr. Kent A. Kreuder
is the senior partner at Advanced Surgery of Idaho. He determined to become a surgeon at a very young age and has never stopped striving to be the best surgeon possible. He attended Medical School at Loma Linda University in southern California. He completed his surgical residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Seeking a more suitable environment to raise a family, he came to Caldwell, Idaho to begin practice in 1978.

Dr. Kreuder is Board Certified in General Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been very active in promoting quality surgical care in Idaho throughout his career. He has served as the president of the Idaho Chapter of the American College of Surgeons and then represented Idaho on the board of Governors for the American college of Surgeons for six years.

Dr. Kreuder is particularly interested in surgery of the thyroid and parathyroid glands and has extensive experience in minimally invasive approaches for these procedures. He also has extensive experience in gastrointestinal surgery and has performed thousands of laparoscopic gallbladder operations successfully. As a superb surgeon, colleague and friend, Dr. Kreuder has been instrumental in guiding the team at Advanced Surgery of Idaho on a path of excellence and compassion for three decades.
